    Took last week off because of some knee/IT band pain. Ran a comfortable 5 on the TM. Stopped logging on Dailymile for a bit, but I think I'll start up again. :)

    Felt like I could run forever and had a super low heart rate throughout. Kept bumping up the pace and the HR just kept settling back down. Yay fitness!

    What a gorgeous day for a run. No walk breaks this time, even though the last five miles were into 30 mph wind gusts. Uff. Feeling stronger and slightly faster. Last mile was the fastest!

    Had attempted to do my long run, but the wind was very biting and I couldn't find my balaclava. I was able to push it to Sunday so I did Sunday's recovery run instead.

    Mile repeats will forever be hard. 1 mile warm up, 3x1600m repeats with 800 m jogs in between and 1 mile cool down. uff.

    The gym in my apartment was a trillion degrees so it was really hard to keep my HR where it was supposed to be. Ugh.

    Half marathon training starts today. Whoop. Got in an easy 3 while watching and dominating Jeopardy. Too bad the gym heat was set at a bazillion degrees. Gross.

    I was POURING sweat throughout this workout. I've never gotten my HR up that high when I wasn't running. Wow.

    One mile warm up, .25 interval at 4.0 incline. LOLZ, this hurt. My groin hurt so I axed the incline on the next one and it still killed. Did a .25 cool down. Derp.
