    alright treadmill 5k 3.1 mi 00:29 09:22 pace

Being on my feet a majority of the day is really making me not want to run after work. I hope I get used to it soon. I wanted to quit this run at .15 but didn't. It was just meh.

    good mile repeats 6 mi

OMG mile repeats are hard. Still. Always. Forever. I did a warm up mile, 3x1600m with 800 meter jogs in between, and a cool down mile. I've never wanted to quit so bad as I did the last r... read more

@Angie, I'm considering St. Cloud. I have to figure out some details with an event at work the previous day to see if it's likely I'd be able to leave at 6pm (or if I'd be stuck working late). And I'm considering the Fargo half too!

well, it took me this long to figure out my log in and password if that says anything about how long i've been away from dailymile!

I think EVERYONE should have a particular 5K or 10K on their calendar -- June 8th! Harrisburg Days Walk Run Race. If you are aren't running it, you are volunteering at it :) or you could be like Angie R who did both last year!!

I'm pretty singularily focused right now on one particular event on May 11. Jeff T and Ed T are both joining me (or am I joining them?!?!)
