Great pace again, Jeremy! There are tons of great runs. You should check out the Austin 10/20 for late April. 10 miles with 20 bands. There is a Spartan Sprint in May...they are brutal and a ton of fun. Check out the calendars at Runtex, Hill Country Running, Luke's Locker, Rogue Valley Running and the ARC (Austin Runner's Club)...there seems to be a 5K every weekend or two. Oh, you might also sign up for the Austin Marathon 5K.

@scott/jangro - Just a little tumble in the rain. Unfortunately, I did a hip plant, and didn't have time to break the fall. I was walking around like an old man for a while, but I'm about 80% healed. I'm hoping to log some good rides on the bike this week. My pants are starting to get a little tight from the lack of riding.

Crash Loop 15.01 mi 01:13 12.3mph pace
Had to call it short when I hit the deck in the rain. Hip is a little sore, but I'll live to fight another day. Ice and Ibuprofen are on the menu for this afternoon.

That sucks, Jeremy. I am glad it wasn't a bad crash. The roads here get very slippery with a little bit of rain.

If only you had someone in your life (that you listened to) that told you it was a bad idea to ride this morning ;)
Glad both you and the bike survived <37 months ago • Like

After 50 miles on bike, I would be out of shape for sure. I wouldn't be able to walk :)

great 6.2 mi 01:20 12:54 pace
Back in the SLC visiting family and getting work done. Did a walk on my old stomping grounds with my uncle. It was nice exercising in temps below 90.

alright Ski Shores 24.62 mi 01:43 14.4mph pace
There wasn't a flat section of road on this ride. I figured it would take me an hour and change to finish, but I didn't look at the elevation profile. Lesson learned.
