great Swim: S1/E1 1800 yd 00:40 39:06 pace

Return back to regular life after our awesome family ski trip! Actually felt pretty good in the pool after a 5 day break. The big question will be my run this evening.
Warm up: 100 yd kick, pull, breast, free
S1: Technique drills 8x 25 yd fist, catch-up, and finger drag
E1: 3x 200 yd after each drill set (3:38, 3:30, 3:28)
Cool down: 100 yd kick and breast
