Just because I'm not swimming, biking, and running doesn't mean I'm not working hard. This is an estimate of mileage downhill skiing in rarefied air at Loveland. HR was well in the 170s when I'd come off the ridge. Hope the roads and legs aren't too bad tomorrow to tear it up some more.
