Moving into maximum transition 2. Now the weights start to get serious. Limiters done at 3 sets of 10 reps; Leg Press: #310; Leg Extension: #70; Seated Leg Curl: #70; Row/Rear Delt: #95; Lat Pull Down: #100. The rest were done as maintenance.
