Same anatomical adaptation set as Friday (2x 15 reps per equipment). Starting to increase weight on the legs slowly to start to prepare for maximum transition in a few weeks. I can't believe that my goal (base on weight) for the leg press is over 400# when I'm pressing under 200# right now. I probably won't make that weight this year given that this is first year I've included significant weight training. But this probably explains why my cycling power sucks so bad!
