    Back and forth in the ~12 yd hotel pool. Yardard total is an estimate, but I did swim 30 min. 20 min easy swimming and 10 min of drills.

    Got in a quick core routine after run in the hotel room. 2 sets of 20 crunches, 10 push ups, 20 high elbow tubing, 20 lunges, 15 curl tubing, and 15 tricep tubing.

      Aren't the cherry blossoms in full bloom now in DC? I've seen pictures of people running through them and it looks really neat. I hope you find time to run or swim!!

    Legs were very heavy first two miles, but loosen up pretty quick. Ran with G-dog who hasn't run in awhile and with the humid temps we took it very easy. Only got the HR into zone 2 briefly.
