Good VO2 max intervals on the trainer, 12x 30 sec max output (~36 mph) and 30 recovery. 5 mile warm-up and cool down. Felt much better today.

Went for a quick easy run with G-dog after my commute. Boy the legs were a bit heavy to first 2 miles, but felt pretty good the last two. I'm going to enjoy taking tomorrow off!
