    Good VO2 max intervals on the trainer, 12x 30 sec max output (~36 mph) and 30 recovery. 5 mile warm-up and cool down. Felt much better today.

    I was shooting for nice and easy under 12 min split for these 500 repeats, so pretty pleased with the splits (10:40, 10:52, & 11:14) despite the positive splits.
