Felt sluggish and heavy, but I got out there and did something so I am happy for that. Haven't every had knee pain before but they are starting to feel a bit tender so hopefully that goes away soon.

I am going to stick to morning runs...so much better! Little soreness in the knees and was dying for a tissue, but felt pretty good overall.

Not good at all to go 1.5 weeks in between runs. No motivation and felt very yuck. Tomorrow is a new day and I think it would be good for me to try to move to mornings very soon.

I know, I waited a few days after Abes, and shouldn't have. I am trying to get bubbles to run the Athens race with me. I haven't signed up yet, but want to. He ran for the 1st time yesterday, 1.8 miles. He did great!

I have been having knee pain too, ever since I started running 6 miles for Abes....even on my short runs I feel it. Sucks.
