didn't feel up to the 3 mile steady state tempo I had planned--so I did some pick ups and jogged the rest

I had taken 3 days off from running due to a sore arch and it feels great now. -

did four circuits --some nice lunge jumps included today. Working real hard to get strong because I'm injury free and hope to stay that was as the year progresses!
