interesting workout. This is a strength workout ala Hudson. 3 mile warm up. 6 miles at 714 pace (roughly) with a 800 recovery, then cool down. It was ehhhhh.

3 hours on the TM ain't no picnic my friend. Bummer that we all had to take it to a TM, but this is one of those rare occasions where I was happy to have that as an option. Nice finish to another big week.

Yes, you should definitely take it! Another impressive example of mid-long mileage with speedwork thrown in the middle. How do these repeat paces compare to those you hit in previous cycles? A decent amount faster, if I recall... Great workout!

Yeah, that commute SUCKED!!! I fortunately got on the roads right when all the accidents happened so my 15 minute commute turned into a 40 minute commute. At least this 10 miler is out of the way. Hopefully it wasn't too icy.

Yuck those commutes sound awful! I am lucky to be only a mile from work. Nice work on the 10 today maybe you should have done a LR 20 and run to work, almost would have been faster!
