    Great before work run with Hunter dog. I haven't been making enough time for running, and poor Hunter is unhappy with that. So am I really. Got to make some changes.

      High Intensity Interval Training- the moves are agility, plyometrics, and sprint type drills, a minute or so at a time, with a little body weight and core strength training in the mix. A great fast and functional workout.
