I felt huffy. Not been covering the miles like I had been. After the outside run with the gals, I hopped on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Full incline... backwards. The word "burn" comes to mind.

    I know how you feel...I only ran 23 miles last week and I was torqued...but it's the last weeks of school and I get so busy. I still worked out, but it just wasn't the same.
