Backwards - full incline on the treadmill. Felt the quads Buuuuurn. Only had 10 minutes to give after weight training... would have liked to have gone another 10 minutes. Alas, something is better than nothing.


Wow- don't know that I could do that. Full incline- backwards? Ouch!
