Uh-Oh... ankle issues, now shifting to shin. Am icing this very minute. I almost need an ice-tubes to slip my entire lower leg into. Hope this helps. Thinking I may seek professional help and wrap this baby - thanks Heidi and Angela for the idea :) You girls are such an incredible encouragement!
