    I felt huffy. Not been covering the miles like I had been. After the outside run with the gals, I hopped on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Full incline... backwards. The word "burn" comes to mind.

    Backwards - full incline on the treadmill. Felt the quads Buuuuurn. Only had 10 minutes to give after weight training... would have liked to have gone another 10 minutes. Alas, something is better than nothing.

    Darcy set me up on a Bosu ball/stability ball plan. I thought I was strong... enter "Bosu" and my subsequent butt-kickin'. Remarkable. Oh dear.
