    increased the pace but just couldn't hack it today, did 2 miles and then did some weight training for about 30 min

    couldn't bring myself to jog today before my kickboxing class, my legs were soar and without an mp3 player, I just didn’t have the energy, so I walked for 1.5 miles to warm up before my class

    felt better than yesterday but just when I was starting to get into a groove my mp3 player died! that ruined it, so I did some weight training for about ½ hr.

      I hate that!! I was listening to my ipod during a 4 mile race and it died after the second song!

      thanks ladies, I have been online with support all morning and just found out my mp3 player is dead and b/c it’s just over a year old I can’t get a replacement! really sucks!

    had some time before the class I was going to take at the gym started so I thought I would job for a bit to warm up. Felt like crap, it didn’t come as easy as it did last friday : (

    This was my first attempt at getting into jogging. I thought I would just jog for a mile and stop but I felt so good I just kept going. It was a slow pace but thought it was a great start.
