      nice job getting the miles in later. sometimes you just know when sleep is the priority. take care of those legs!!! foam roll, stretch.. maybe rest before a long run... my left itb always makes itself known when my mileage goes up so i increase my "prehab" work to strengthen the glutes, core, and stretch the hip flexors out like crazy and calves too of course. you're strong though, youll get through it just listen to the body!
