    My ankle feels SO much better -- stretching and warming up makes a world of difference, who knew. From now on, I'm going to take care of my body and make sure I do it the right way :)

    Started on the treadmill when I got to the gym, hopped off because it hurt too much -- did strength training and stretching before second attempt at a run.

    My ankle is giving me problems again. Took it slow today. Hopefully the pain will go away if I treat it gently this week :/
