This was a troubling workout. I felt great for about 30 minutes or so, then I stopped for some water and a quick break in the shade. I turned into the park at 104th so I could follow the shade all the way home, but when I reached the top of the ramp, I was so dizzy I had to stop again! My iPod was set to the last hour of my five-hour (marathon) playlist - I figured the Chemical Bros. and Moby tracks would keep me moving. Then I forgot that the last few tunes were heartbreaking ballads of U2, Joe Cocker and the Rolling Stones, and before I knew it I was thinking about my dog and crying a little bit. I had to walk the rest of the way, but I did sprint up the stairs leaving the park. Gorged myself on tangerine coconut water and Popchips. Still feel exhausted after my (ONE block walk) commute to work! Pull yourself together, JENNY!!
