    Nauseous, acid reflux, sinus infection, injured, not feeling it..... walked with Lisa A LOT! We finished and that's what mattered.

    Had a fun run with my friend, Debbie, in the Heels for Hope 5k. Nice relaxing run/walk along the river. It was COLD and I LOVED it!!! Just wish I'd remembered by ear warmers. lol!

      Hey nice pace on that H4H 5k there Jenn, good job. U really can appreciate these weather conditions after the Summer we just had, right? Let's hope we have a real winter this time, minus the ICE storms, i don't mind a few inches of snow tho, just no blizzards lol.
