    Took too much time off after recovery and chalked it up to being busy....I have to remember...I don't have time to do this all the time, I make time. Gotta get lose for RTP.

    Felt great till the mile 12 face plant. Finished with a busted lip (and some other bruises) but no lost/chipped teeth! I feel like I got hit by a truck today, though!
