      Jodi- good plan...I've done JM for a couple yr's now aNd take breaks lots...I also know which weeks I need to avoid. I can't do too much week 2 and I modify week 4 or my knees kill me. Week 1 and 3 seem to be fine...It's important we listen to our bodies!;)
