    After a day off yesterday I banged it out today with no problems! Week 4 starts Monday and I can't wait! And as a bonus to my Friday I lost a pound this week!

    Did 2 sets of several upper body lifts with 5 pound weights. My wrist is bothering me so I'll take a few days off of upper body stuff.

  8. I was in serious pain last night from my toes to my hips. I didn't think I pushed myself that hard yesterday but I guess I don't know when to stop. I'll pick up the pieces on Monday.
