      It was very tough...trudged out the marathon 4:10 not a pr but for the course and my nudgy calf I faired alright!

    Beautiful night out for a walk. The weather is 58 degrees in November. However, for our half marathon tomorrow its supposed to be between 30-44. Brrr. Maybe it will make me run faster, ha ha

      Sounds great - actually spent time with my sister's new puppy today and it was the first time he had been out on grass and loving every minute of it - dogs just make it so much fun.
