first successful morning run..and not a bad pace if I do say so myself!

  3. RUN
    good 2.04 mi 00:27 13:16 pace

First run in over a week. Felt good to trust my ability again, and beat both prior PR's for distance and time ran.

  4. RUN
alright Where did you run 2.8 mi 00:37 13:12 pace

this was supposed to be W7D1, which is just a repeat 25 min run with 5 min walks before & after. It turned into 5 min walk, 12.5 run (which brought me to the 1.4 mile mark), then walk, run, wal... read more

Trust me - you'll get there! I had days where I thought the 24 min was a ridiculous amount to run and couldn't do it, but the next day I ran for 25 min straight. You've got this!!!

Kickin' butt! When I started on the mill-I'd always snagged the mints that the gym had at the sign-in desk. Your pace it's definitely coming along. Like like like!

I think that it's great. You have to start somewhere. When I started, and ran a short distance near the house, I thought it was much further....until I actually mapped it, lol. But hey, we are out there doing it now!! Good for you!!
