      Well, I need new shoes probably, I haven't been training, I've fallen off the YOGA wagon and knee problems seem to be just part of my running career. I have a massage on Thursday and I'll ask them to focus on my legs quite a bit. Now that I've cooled down, my hips are also bothering me.

    Had heavy legs and not much motivation today. Saving legs to build mileage right before the 1/2 marathon in just about a month. I'll be ready for 9, 10, and 11 miles coming up in October!
