Well, I need new shoes probably, I haven't been training, I've fallen off the YOGA wagon and knee problems seem to be just part of my running career. I have a massage on Thursday and I'll ask them to focus on my legs quite a bit. Now that I've cooled down, my hips are also bothering me.

Both knees hurting after two miles. I can't wait til this half marathon is over so I can hang up my running shoes for a while.

Hang in there! You should find out what is going on with the knee pain, maybe you need to hang up those particular running shoes for good!
