    Beautiful morning out on the trail. I met a friend for a before work hike. We beat the heat, and I got home with plenty of time to get ready for work. My day is off to a perfect start!

    Ragnar training. I started out feeling tight. I just wanted an easy pace to starte getting my body used to multiple runs in a day. By the end of the first mile, I was feeling good.
