    IT still an issues but needed to get some stink off Buster so he is calm at the Dog show and represents his breed well. Got to love the WPG (Griffs)

    Good focus on the un-injured parts of my body.

    IT still an issue so just a warm up one before core and upper body work.

    Well I am still feeling the effects of Monday's crossfit leg day. Need to roll it out and try for some TM miles after work. Happy hump day.

      anything kinda strength/power related seems to make running so much heavier. so worth the work though. hoping the rolling helps flush some things out and you're back to feeling springy again soon!

      Yes I agree. My arms are sore from yesterday's arm & abs! I try to run before strength . Great job today!

    Luna ...Buster says "it's ro-k to take it easy rand let your body recover." Find a peaceful place to be and enjoy. My hope is you have a speedy recovery.

    Maybe a little more miles but it's a repeat. Treadmill getting fixed today so more miles in my future.

      Treadmill miles are good, I enjoy them when they're mixed in with outdoor runs.

    Ran to a friends house to feed the cats then back home. Buster enjoyed the change up today. Happy Mothers Day

      Harry it's more like a drag workout. Pound for pound he is stronger than my 95 lb. Lab. Buster is only 52 lb.go figure

    Very enjoyable morning. Buster is learning to get in step with me. We did have a little trip up when he stressed about another dog. But all is good. No injuries.

    So double the trouble on this one with both my boys. Glad we didn't run into any other dogs. Together they officially out weigh me. Enjoyable mile
