    Pushed to keep under my last time. Took 4 seconds off. Doing some serious yard work today to make up for not running yesterday.

    Ran 1/2 mile without stopping. Need to hook up that comcast thing to my basement tv...might stay on the treadmill longer if I more than 3 channels.

  4. Me and Joe are going to do a 5k July 24th. Should be interesting. I just want a starting time to go from even if I have to run/walk. It can only get better from there.

    Just have to learn how to pace myself better. I thought a 14:55 mile would be easy to walk. Tried to keep it under 30 min but found myself running to catch up at the end.

    Walked at 9pm. Had to wait until the kids went to bed. Worked today and I can't physically get up any earlier on a work day to walk.
