    Still finding it a bit tough. Slightly slower run overall but the periods of running compared to walking were a lot longer so a bit of improvement.

    First time out running in a while. Incredibly hard. Managed 3 minutes before I had to stop and walk for a minute, setting the pattern for the rest of the run. Recovered quite well afterwards.
