      I know. That little taste makes the cold feel that much colder, even though it's not nearly as bad as it was a month ago.

      Is one video better than the other? I have the 30 Day Shred and it's pretty decent for a workout video.

      Thanks guys

      Alyssa - I wouldn't say it was easy...I think I just needed to use a heavier KB. I did it again this morning and mixed it up between my 10 & 15lb KB and I think I got more out of it.

      Sarah - I wouldn't say this one was better, just different.
