I'm doing the RE speed session, but can't go this week, so the first workout is a 2 mile time trial and I did my own this morning. Did a couple of miles slow warm up then a few minutes at half marathon pace and some striders. I did my 2 miles in my neighborhood which probably wasn't the best place, with cars. I didn't quite get the time I'd like (was hoping for about 15-20 seconds faster), but I guess I'm not that far off. Finished off with 1.5 mile cool down.
