This run felt hard. Legs were heavy and the heat and humidity got to me this morning. Not sure how I got 2 miles of goal pace in, but I'll take it! The last mile was a true recovery mile with a couple of walk breaks. But I did push myself yesterday and only the 2nd week where I've added a day of running, so probably normal to be tired.
