Run a 5K in 2012 - done! Coming back after hurting my ankles in late 2012 - new goal is to return to 5K by the end of the year without injury. So ... 5K again.

Meh. I didn't nail it like I did last time, I had to stop with 50 seconds remaining on the 5th jogging interval. But I took 50 seconds during the 5-minute "cooldown" interval to make them up, so I still had the full 9 minutes of jogging out of 30. Wish I coulda kept going but I was EMPTY.
