Meh. I didn't nail it like I did last time, I had to stop with 50 seconds remaining on the 5th jogging interval. But I took 50 seconds during the 5-minute "cooldown" interval to make them up, so I still had the full 9 minutes of jogging out of 30. Wish I coulda kept going but I was EMPTY.

Some days just feel better than others. Sounds like you pulled off a decent run on a bad day - something to be proud of. Just make sure not to push hard on the early runs so you have more left in the tank toward the end.
