Repeating W2D3. It's getting a little bit easier, though today my ankle hurts and I'm not sure why. Still hurts now, a few hours later, if I touch it gently above the bone.
I MIGHT have been able to do a little more but fell in beside a walker as I stopped jogging the fourth segment. Still got the stitch at that time, was really out of breath, and was not yet ready to run after only 2 minutes of walking. Was ready after 5.5 minutes walking, hah. But might have focused better if I'd stayed alone. Maybe I'll put in earbuds next time and louder music. Just this 1.5 mi jog / 2 min walk is hard. Sometimes I sputter into a shuffle-walk just as the program says "walk!". I was gonna either way!
