Finally getting back into the swing of things. Legs still missing pep but generally feel pretty good. Beautiful sunny day today really helped.

Jen, what happened? Bummer, man.
7 days agoIt was so weird. I couldn't get moving! My legs were dead beyond dead and hurt. I think I'm low on protein, I haven't been good about keeping track of it. Confirmed my decision to drop Chuckanut next weekend.

6 days agoSorry to hear about your legs being fatigued and the decision to drop the race. However, if you're not both mentally and physically into it, it's probably for the better. I did the same thing about 2 months ago. Rest up and increase that protein and you'll be back into it in no time... take care!
