I worked from home today and took a break to run. I was going to go early before it warmed up, but I didn't get out there till almost noon. I was really hoping for a better run. My legs felt heavy, no my whole body felt heavy.

I took a couple of breaks for walking today and also conducted an informal meeting while walking a mile rather than sitting in the office.

Faster pace today. It felt good, but my big, fat (but adorable) dog couldn't keep up very well at the end. I might need to slow it down a little for her next time.

I started out way too fast (for me) and ended up really struggling for the second mile, even walked a little of it. I felt like I had no strength, nothing to give. The 10:21 mile was a good feeling though. :)
