25 minutes on the elliptical and a 40 minute full body strength training workout. I increased the weight on one of the exercises and added 5 minutes to the elliptical. I'd like to get it to 30 minutes. If only I can pull myself out of bed earlier.


You're definitely rocking the workouts. Look at what you've accomplished here. I someday envision myself to be in your shoes, cranking out the miles. Woo hoo!
