    Walked a little to catch my breath. Wow, fitness falls fast. Good thing it comes back pretty fast too.

    Pacing some folks new to the group. I have no idea what the distance was. At the end, I thought I pushed stop on my Garmin, but I was really pushing start. Oops!

      If you upload your garmin workouts to garmin connect online it will show your "moving time" and your pace, so you can clearly see when you stopped.
