      Good job! Personally I don't like flow, I'd rather hold my poses and get a good stretch, but that's just me. Speaking of me: I miss you! When do you start your Napa training?

      I've got a 2 mile route and a 2.5 mile route... obviously from my house that's mostly downhill! You could warm up heading over here and cool down walking back.
