    It didn't seem windy when I was deciding whether to ride outside or in the gym, but when I got out there, my legs felt differently. Either way, still nicer to ride outside than in the gym

    Did a 20 minute swim and a 25 minute run. Had to do the first 17 minutes of the run on an elyptical, because all of the treadmills were taken. First swim in over a week - it went slow.

    It was raining today and my throat isn't feeling well, so I opted for the treadmill. It's been forever since I have been on that thing. Knee started to hurt at 2.42.
