    wow, weight training has paid off, nearly a minute faster than what I usually run, felt great!! Finished with some short intervals.

    3 week in a row of Wednesday Pilates has made a huge difference on my core! Wow, today was great, felt strong enough to do the more advanced moves and took fewer breaks, love being strong!
