    Need to get my ass out of bed earlier! Ack! Started very slow because my ankle was tweaking, but it eventually eased up.

      My ankles do that sometimes -- very sharp pain, but then it completely goes away. I've found that a couple minutes of ankle circles (rotate each direction) seems to help.

      Just building back up. For a while there I never did under 7 miles! Now I am commonly wimping out at four or five .... But, sure, I'd like to do a 1/2 one of these days.
