      When I started with all of this barefoot none-sense, I had to rethink every step. Literally. It forced me to slow all my workouts down quite a bit. I couldn't think of workout the same. I was looking for changes that I knew were going to appear slowly if at all. However, every barefoot work out since, I've enjoyed every minute of it.

      Right now I'm doing some brain training for my running by playing variations whatever melody that comes to my head, alternating standing on one foot, bowing this fiddle. To think about it, it must be a funny site. However, others in the house here don't quite appreciate it as much as I do. You're doing great, Jen. Stay the course.
