  2. RUN
good Pepperell Covered Bridge 5K 3.1 mi 00:26 08:18 pace

Holy moly, my splits were all over the place. I'm sure the first mile was my fastest time ever, a PB for pace. Then, I tanked. Relatively speaking. Still a pretty good first 5K race. Made me ... read more

No joke with the comment, "Sucks getting old." If I don't sleep well I just can't get up and workout. I tell myself that sleep is equally as important as working out and I think I do pretty well on both counts. You got in some good miles for having some niggles!

Thanks, Teri! I didn't get much sleep last night (stayed up until midnight working on my online course that I am teaching, then my 4-year-old woke up a couple of times, than early alarm at 4:30!) .... my goal was to do an early morning headlamp run tomorrow, but we'll see if I can drag my butt out of bed in time to squeeze it in. Might have to wait for Saturday or Sunday .... Anyways, it does suck getting old!! : ) I appreciate your comments.
