      Break out that guitar! I'm doing some cross training, making some noise with this fiddle. I've resting the feet and legs today. I hope he gets to feeling better soon. Good thoughts and prayers heading your way.

      Good for you stretching the comfort zone with your music. That's excellent, about the music therapy groups. That playing in front of others is something I really need to do. I need to get out of my little musical cocoon.
