      My feet and hips and legs at times seem to demand a recount or they might even turn into a mob carrying me back and put me on the couch. Sounds like you had an excellent workout anyway.

      When I started with all of this barefoot none-sense, I had to rethink every step. Literally. It forced me to slow all my workouts down quite a bit. I couldn't think of workout the same. I was looking for changes that I knew were going to appear slowly if at all. However, every barefoot work out since, I've enjoyed every minute of it.
