    Testing the calf 5.34 mi 00:45 08:25 pace

    both calf muscles feel tight, no unbearable pain though. Left foot fell asleep around mile 4. Just glad I got it done. Was watching Lorenzo Lamas workout while running on the treadmill. Haha

      How does your foot fall asleep while running? I can't even imagine it. Nice run. Hope you calves start feeling better. If not sooner the taper for LA should help.

    1mi warm up @ 8:57. Splits: 3:32, 3:27, 3:25, 3:22, 3:19, & 3:15. 1mi cooldown @ 8:57. My right calf started to nag again. Icing as I speak.... or type.

      That sounds like an awesome spin class! It seems like the only entertainment in mine are old men ripping them in an already musty and stagnant room.

    Cruised around town, had lunch & saw a movie. It was easier to ride my bike than walk due to a gnarly blister. Miles are miles right?

    This got tough around mile 15, then my friend found me while riding his bike & followed me home since it got dark. What an angel.

      nice way to finish a run. would have been nicer if he offered to let you ride the bike, while he jogged alongside.
