    Set out for a 9...somehow got talked into a 10...I had so much energy though...it was weird. I think it's because I took it easy last night and walked versus swim practice like usual.

    We set out for a 6 mile run with my running group, and we took a wrong turn that tacked on a couple extras...not bad, though. Lots of beautiful landscaping in the countryside.

    Went for a long walk with my neighbor and friend, Amy! Didn't even notice the time fly by. Lots of bugs, though. Will wear spray next time! It was nice to have a relaxing workout for a change!

      I don't know if it's been officially tagged as a womens-only group, but I don't know of any men in it. I have a feeling it is. Off to swim practice. Need to work off the Friendly's ice cream sundae I just ate. oops.

      Hi there Jacqueline!

      Impressed with your swimming distances - last time I swam over 3km I ate about a kg of Korean bbq to congratulate myself :D So I guess you're a swimmer then huh?
      Btw I'm not a random, I'm a friend of Chio's - trying to get into shape for... well just trying to keep the midlife midriff off!

      Yeah! I have another friend on Daily Mile! Chio must have put you up to this...I was whining to her that she was my only friend on here! :) Thanks for writing! And thanks for the swimming props! Like you, I'm just trying to keep myself in shape. I am practicing with a high school team...luckily they let me join them b/c there's no masters team around here.
