  6. RUN
good Around Granville Island plus ... 7.8 km 00:58 11:58 pace

First run after my half a couple of weeks ago, I actually feel a bit sore in the calves today but could be because I also did a 12km walk later that afternoon.

Just rest. You have already put the runs in that would prepare you for the race. Relax and take it easy! Good luck at your race.

i agree just concentrate on healing before the race, your body already know how to run, so make sure its at his best.

good Regular lunch route 5.04 km 00:35 11:17 pace

I am starting to get really tired, I was actually dreading this run despite the weather :S I can't wait for my race to finish!

  13. RUN
good Beat the rain run! 6.27 km 00:43 10:57 pace

I'm happy about the pace of this run, I wish I could always run like this didn't feel difficult so I wonder why I can't!

  14. RUN
good Run around the block 4.54 km 00:31 11:05 pace

It was good to get out there but had to force myself. Started drizzling and then suddenly came down heavily and I was caught in the downpour! Got soaked.

I'm glad to have done my longest run but a little disappointed with pace, left knee was hurting (maybe due to dog being on my left side)

This was a great run. Some guy high fived me as I just started out and then almost at the halfway mark I saw a sea otter swimming in the shallow end by the seawall! I hope he wasn't lost!

Just a little recovery run to get the legs moving. The weather is crispy out there.
