RUN
great Langley neighbourhood 5.86 km 00:40 10:59 pace
Okay so I'll admit I never knew what a tempo run was until I googled it. I decided I want to run faster so I'm giving it a go. It felt good even though it started out very cold!

RUN
good Around Granville Island plus ... 7.8 km 00:58 11:58 pace
First run after my half a couple of weeks ago, I actually feel a bit sore in the calves today but could be because I also did a 12km walk later that afternoon.

good Wet seawall run! 6.98 km 00:47 10:50 pace
I'm excited that I was able to run today (even though I missed my tapered long run due to illness) but thankfully I feel better so am no longer the basketcase I was on the weekend.
-
gah feeling so anxious...my second half is next weekend and i'm supposed to taper but i'm sick and can't run...don't know what to do...i'm tempted to force myself to run.

Just rest. You have already put the runs in that would prepare you for the race. Relax and take it easy! Good luck at your race.

i agree just concentrate on healing before the race, your body already know how to run, so make sure its at his best.

good Beat the rain run! 6.27 km 00:43 10:57 pace
I'm happy about the pace of this run, I wish I could always run like this pace...it didn't feel difficult so I wonder why I can't!

RUN
good Run around the block 4.54 km 00:31 11:05 pace
It was good to get out there but had to force myself. Started drizzling and then suddenly came down heavily and I was caught in the downpour! Got soaked.

RUN
good Seawall loop 16 km 02:07 12:46 pace
I'm glad to have done my longest run but a little disappointed with pace, left knee was hurting (maybe due to dog being on my left side)
-
My left knee hurts but I don't have a dog to blame :)

great Lunch time jog 6.86 km 00:50 11:39 pace
This was a great run. Some guy high fived me as I just started out and then almost at the halfway mark I saw a sea otter swimming in the shallow end by the seawall! I hope he wasn't lost!
