a nice seven mile run in the rain around the capitol city club. felt good to be running tonight

headed out to the ga intl horsepark for the first time to run the mountain bike trail out there. definitely a challenging course but we had an absolute blast with it, even if we did end up running the backside in reverse.

excellent trail run. distance is again a guess as i still don't have a gps that works in the woods or a good way to map the sope creek trails. we were booking for us though.

Sounds awesome. I love running on the trails near the river. My GPS seems to work there...maybe your route has more trees?!

well yeah, we run in the trails up on the hills above the river. the only gps i have is my iphone and it doesn't work that well.

great gts this weekend. ran the scheduled 6. hung with matt and kacie and jen for a while, then ran with karen for a bit and finished up with ken k. felt great to be back out with the team after two weeks of water stop duty.


That sounds like a fun route!
