    Great Run! First ever "tempo" run, so it's tough to get appropriate pacings down... but felt really good even though it was pretty hot...

      Nice Jeff...I have learned to really like tempo runs, and they have a definite impact on your ability to run faster and longer!

    I have never had a run where my first mile was NOT the fastest. Today, my 9:03 first mile was the slowest :)

      Nice pacing. My first mile is either a lot slower because I'm afraid of going out too fast (usually long runs) or a lot faster than the others if it's a short, fast run.
