Front Squats, 100m 00:08:00

8:00. 3 sets of 5 shoulder press (105, 95, 100).
WOD - 3/1, 5/1, 7/1, 9/1, 7/1, 5/1, 3/1
- Front Squats - 155# (165 was prescribed, but was just a little too heavy to clean)
- 100m sprint

Almost broke 8 ... but forgot to we had to touch the bar when we came in after our last 100 ... cost me a second ;-) Another great workout!
