19:58. Didn't even look at the clock. Pushed the last round as hard as I could - glad I broke 20 minutes. Up in Minnsesota visiting family and did the SealFIT.com's special operation forces (SOF) workout of the day which are mostly bodyweight workouts. Round 3 was tough.

- 30 burpees
- 30 overhead lunges (34# boulder)
