Afternoon CrossFit

A little out of energy today. 10 minutes of hard stretching which was much needed.
WOD - 10 minutes as many rounds as possible
- Push Jerks (14#)
- 15 burpees

Did 6 rounds and 7 burpees into the 7th round. Tried the prescribed weight of 155 but it just got too heavy after the first round.
